Axis deer are one of the most weary animals to hunt. They have keen senses and are easily spooked. Often times you will find Axis deer are much more alert than the native whitetail deer. We have secured access to 10,000 acres of free range and high fence axis territory. Hunts can be done spot and stalk or blind hunting. "The local" package is an opportunity to harvest a quality Axis buck while keeping your cost down. We have multiple free range properties available to hunt for your trophy. Most of our free range properties for this package do not have lodging on site, but do not fear, we have multiple options in the area for places to stay. From quaint cabins on backroads, to large houses in wine country, we are sure to have a spot you can comfortably stay during your hunt. Most of these hunts are done on rivers, tanks and hay fields. Property locations include Comfort, Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, Sisterdale & Waring. Prices are subject to change based on availability. We suggest following us on Facebook to see promotions.
